For the most part, I considered this a sideline business for many years until about a year ago when I decided that I liked the model of working from my home office rather than traveling the country looking for and managing my real estate investments. Over the years I have purchased over $50,000 in internet and business marketing books, cd's, courses, and seminars. You name it, I probably own it. I also have several thousand dollars worth of books and courses on Real Estate Investing and in 2007 I attended a seminar put on by Dan Kennedy and Bill Glazier and I came away with some ideas that have really changed my life. I started putting my commercial real estate book knowledge together with my experiences and together with my partner we created several investment products that are doing real well. Being the entrepreneur that I am I have now decided to take it a step further and develop this website to help other budding web entrepreneurs in their quest of starting or growing an online business. I think that the internet is in some ways the real estate of the future!
